Kosmos Energy extends early tender deadline for $250 million notes offer

Kosmos Energy Ltd. (NYSE:KOS) announced Monday that it is extending the Early Tender Time and Withdrawal Deadline for its cash tender offer of up to $250 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 7.750% Senior Notes due 2027. The extension is intended to provide holders of the notes additional time to participate in the offer. The tender offer terms, including the total consideration, are outlined in Kosmos Energy’s Offer to Purchase dated January 12, 2026, as amended and supplemented.

Kosmos Energy’s common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker KOS and on the London Stock Exchange. The company made the announcement in a press release statement included in its filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The report emphasized that it does not constitute an offer to purchase or a solicitation to sell the notes subject to the tender offer.
